Joe Calzaghe was the pride of Wales, an undefeated super-middleweight boxing champion. This amiable documentary takes a look at his career. Not the most imaginative of documentaries, the fight sequences are compelling though the endless parade of talking heads get a bit wearisome. What does come across well is the warmheartedness of the film's subject, particularly in relation to his sons and father.
