Longfellow Deeds (Adam Sandler) is a sweet, lovable guy leading a simple but happy life in the tiny hamlet of Mandrake Falls, New Hampshire. Life is good at the small town restaurant until two corporate execs bring news that Deeds is about to be rolling in a different kind of dough. A long-lost relative has left him an inheritance of 40 billion dollars along with the largest media company in the world. It's a fish out of water, rags to riches story that has local tabloid reporters salivating.

This movie is classic, real life Adam Sandler. This movie is very funny with foot-obsessed butlers and frozen solid uncles. Adam Sandler lives his real life throughout this movie.

This Movie was not bad but it was not good either, the story itself was pretty uncreative and the whole plot was already so easy to tell since the movie started, you already knew how it is going to turn out. The acting is not good and the jokes are pretty weak as well for a comedy movie, the only reason this still isn't rated lower is because it is somehow entertaining at some parts and is most of the time a fun watch if you just turn your brain off for an hour and 30 minutes.
