Suspension of disbelief. What a movie should hopefully do for you. Not. This. One. The premise that Mr Magoo is mostly blind, in the way it is portayed here is not believable..there are scenes where he sees fine among the clunkily staged scenes where he is not seeing what is right in front of him. Right from the gate, the movie has no credibility. There are also a number of moments this movie jumps the shark.. but when Mr Magoo goes off a waterfall and the raft he is on unbelievably slows the fall by becoming like a parachute... and he is wearing a bride dress......ahhhh, nope. Nothing in this is believable, so the whole thing is a waste of space.

I love Leslie Nielsen and was excited when I discovered a movie of his I had not yet seen. This excitement was not only short lived, but replaced with regret that I had found said movie. This film had zero redeeming qualities. Honestly, I was envious of Mr. Magoo's blindness, at least he won't ever have to watch this bomb.

It tries to makes us care about anything that isn't Leslie nelson, but in reality the funny part are all him. Every scene he steals, While the FBI, the CIA and his nephew drag. I have nostalgia for this one saw it growing up many times from the video rental store. I like it for one reason some scenes are funny does it hold up, not really.
