The real chains used for madhubala's epic scene of song, "mohabbat ki jhooti kahani", reflected real anguish threading the entire movie of a legendary love story between a prince and maid. Blossoming in the hearts of the people was inspiration of true love no matter what obstacles. The17th century love is now still word of mouth, shrouded in a mysterious enigma of what actually was anarkali's fate. You need to watch it to decided if rumours of her disappearance was due to being entombed behind walls or was she let go of in a secret tunnel
