robyn l criminally underseen Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/09/24 Full Review Mavrik M My wife and I've watched this three times now over the past several years. It's a fresh take on a romantic comedy that doesn't follow the standard plots. Each of the main characters are going through their own journey as well as the one they take together. They hit it off initially for work reasons and then it grows to something neither of them expect. The tension in the plot is created by the pressure each of them are feeling in their own lives. It's organic to their characters and where they are in life and isn't a stupid/obvious plot device inserted just to move the story forward. It's a fun movie that is worth watching. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/24/24 Full Review Eye C It's a beauty, but Mr. Hugh Grant cracks me out, he's so funny, the way how delivers the lines it makes me laugh so hard, another comfort movie for me. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/26/24 Full Review Aliyah K Honestly forgot this movie existed, but I remember listening to the sound track everyday of my life, great great movie. It will forever live subconsciously in the back of my brain. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/20/23 Full Review Guy R Light and fluffy with great one liners and songs for all ages. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/03/23 Full Review David F A charming romantic comedy set in the world of pop music. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/19/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Nick Schager Lessons of Darkness Far too little originality ... to make the film anything other than a disposable rom-com triviality. Rated: C Jul 3, 2007 Full Review Richard Roeper Ebert & Roeper It's more fun than a Spandau Ballet/Tears for Fears concert circa 1985, and I mean that in a good way. Feb 20, 2007 Full Review Michael Phillips Chicago Tribune Light, sweet and agreeably confident Rated: 3/4 Feb 20, 2007 Full Review Debbie Lynn Elias Behind The Lens Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore are another match made in silver screen heaven. Nov 13, 2019 Full Review Joshua Starnes ComingSoon.net Lawrence has a distinct lack of ability to write anything remotely resembling a real human. Maybe romantic comedies don't really need that sort of thing but if there's nothing else going for it - and there's nothing else going for it - it would help.
