However, this one is a z-grade quality of filmmaking and pretty disappointing from the usually reliable Band. The hero of the film has to stop killer cyborgs ALA "The Terminator" but it's so poorly made and poorly acted that it's really hard to excuse the amateurishness of the picture. Still, I'll give it one star for the VHS box cover art.
