Alan A Nov 30 Personally, I've never been into romance movies, but this movie never failed to entertain me, and gave me a good chuckle. Sure, the story is about as shallow as a puddle, but that's not the point, it's a fun movie that made me laugh and that's all that matters. YES it is as dumb and predictable as it sounds, but for a romance comedy, it isn't awful, and points that they tried something slightly different. Cinematography looks like a sitcom or soap opera. There is nothing special about the cast, although you will recognize some faces from the past, and Willard adds a bit of a deadpan Doc Brown element.
