07/02/2020 A feel good High School film! I've had some great laughs watching this very interesting coming of age indie film. I could definetly relate to this particular journey. The movie takes you on an emotional ride, It's a comedy that deals with very serious issues. A truely inspirational movie with great actors! See more 06/17/2020 My Senior Year tackles a familiar subject about a teenager coming of age dealing with the pressure of growing up in a dysfunctional family that self-destructs unexpectedly. My Senior Year, an independent film, directed by Joe Carlini, does not pull away from showing the emotional and heartbreaking relationship between a father and son. Brian, played by Perry Chicos, gives a sympathetic performance in a fully charged moving portrayal of a lost soul. See more 05/28/2020 This coming of age story goes back and forth between moments of comedy and drama. Its relatable and has a good message. See more 04/23/2020 It's a setting that has been done many times before, but one of the reasons this film was so enjoyable was the relatability of the characters. We've all go through similar situations, in our lives and they were captured wonderfully in this film. The high points made me super nostalgic, and the low points brought some real emotion. Be right back, I've got to go dig up my high school yearbook. See more 04/22/2020 I love high school movies, so I knew this would be right up my alley. This film has a great mix of laughs and emotions. Lotsof fun, but also deals with some very serious subject matter very delicately. Thoroughly enjoyed! See more william w 04/18/2020 A good film. This film takes on a familiar subject and does a great job. The movie handles this part of our life pretty well. Everyone remembers their high school time. Good acting by Perry Chicos as the lead as he helps us navigate the ups and downs of high school. There are some nice laughs in the movie as well. Joe Carlini takes a good script and gets the most out of his actors. I recommend it for a nice night in (and aren't all nights in these days?). See more Read all reviews
