Audience Member I understand if you've seen the 4 previous movies and want to know if the 5th is any better, but its pretty much the same quality of goodness with some "umpfh" here and there for the finally. As any proper finale has, this has dire straits against unstoppable odds, that they'll.....definitely....stop, but at what cost, which is stereotypically not much, but this movie end just unhappily enough that I really enjoyed it. Without the budget to do proper CG, past some wizard's lightning, or high end actors, this movies series has done wonders and carries through with them in this movie in delightful, small twists. I could go on about macguffins and chechov's gun, but this movie hits all the pacing and notes just right. Just a little more pizzazz (well, money) and it could have been a blockbuster. Good movie, I look forward to seeing it again (AFTER 4 other movies in the series). P.S. They even did an end credits scene. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member we need more of these sort of movies Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Don't skip the movies befor this outher wise you have no idear whats going on Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member I must say I was a little let down by the last entry, 3 and 4 really started to move everything in the right direction with 4 probably being my favorite. But alas the cheesy special effects returned with almost a Halloween like Szorlok costume upgrade. Also I expected a bit more fight from a movie titled Godslayer, nothing epic about the finale. Bonus though it does have a silly end credit scene I might have to check the rest for one as well. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/09/18 Full Review Audience Member Would have given this a better review if I had of known their are previous films to this one. it looked good but it feel short when I was wondering what was happening, so it did not stand on it's own, you need to see the previous films first Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review seven t For a low budget movie they did not skimp on the plotline. Surprisingly good. Melanie Stone is fantastic as the exotic beauty Marek at war with her own necromancer destiny. The acting is pretty good across the board, the special effects are cheesy by todays standards, but it doesn't detract at all from the story. The story is a bit of a tear jerker and full of a few surprises. I really wish we could see more of these heroes in a similar format. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
