Cath Clarke Guardian Sierra skilfully compiles archive footage of the coup and its aftermath, but doesn't fully explain how strategically important it was to ground the jets. Rated: 3/5 Oct 31, 2018 Full Review Nigel Andrews Financial Times It's a good story well told, with an ending more moving than you'll expect even if you're a practised hanky-reacher in humane tales from the factory floor. Rated: 4/5 Oct 31, 2018 Full Review Wendy Ide Screen International [A] heartfelt but slightly laboured documentary ... Mar 5, 2018 Full Review Jim Ross TAKE ONE Magazine In a world that is much smaller than it was in the 1970s - and often feels like it has regressed in many ways - it is an inspiring message that should be heeded by progressives everywhere. You must act. Resist. No Pasaran. Feb 13, 2020 Full Review Gianni Marini The Skinny Nae Pasaran has a profound emotional core. Rated: 4/5 Dec 13, 2018 Full Review Matthew Bond The Mail on Sunday (UK) If it's working-class heroes you're after, you're better off with Nae Pasaran, an unexpectedly moving documentary. Audience Member Excellent documentary. Really important. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member A truly exceptional and inspiring film. The documentary maker went into such depth and richness in this film. The Scottish defiance and, humour made you connect with the central characters and it was heartwarming to see them coming to see how much their actions meant to others, all the while being extremely humble. The documentary explains about a part of history in Chile which was brutal and important that it is not forgotten. A highly recommended documentary. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Great documentary. If you're interested in Trade Unionism or Democracy, go and see it. You won't be disappointed. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review josephine c A story that normally might have gone untold. It shows how small ripples can create bigger waves. How you can make a difference. Nicely filmed, Bob and co are very endearing; down to earth, principled and with a sense of humour, Chillean sequences from the time bring useful context. I would say the film is broadly uplifting and I left father cinema smiling, but I recognise that this documentary style of production is not everyone's cup of tea.
