In the middle of a long-awaited shore leave, loudmouth sailor Kelly (William Haines) sweet-talks wide-eyed landlubber Alice (Anita Page). But, when the sheltered Alice assumes his casual advances are of a more serious nature, Kelly finds himself stuck with an unwanted tagalong.
