What to Know

Critics Consensus

Feels more like a calculated product designed to expand the Olsens' brand than an actual movie. Also, it contains ethnic stereotyping and sexual innuendo.

Nell Minow Common Sense Media Not great, but Olsen twin fans won't care. Rated: 2/5 Dec 26, 2010 Full Review Angie Errigo Empire Magazine Separately the characters are annoying; together it's unnervingly like watching one actress playing twins. Rated: 2/5 Jul 30, 2004 Full Review Neil Smith BBC.com A hectic, overcooked sugar rush of a movie. Rated: 2/5 Jul 20, 2004 Full Review David Nusair Reel Film Reviews New York Minute is, for the most part, a bottom-of-the-barrel star vehicle that doesn't entirely, at any point, justify its very existence. Rated: 1.5/4 Dec 11, 2021 Full Review Richard Propes TheIndependentCritic.com I can't fathom that even the dirty old men will find much to like with this film. Rated: 1.0/4.0 Sep 18, 2020 Full Review Kaleem Aftab The List Admittedly, in all this stupidity there are a couple of laugh out loud moments, but these do not make up for the fact that mediocrity is a poor replacement for talent and comic timing. Alica K this was very hard to finish as an adult.. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/24/24 Full Review Herry S "New York Minute" I was watched younger in past time they both actress aren't that famous held by pop punk Canadian band known as : Simple Plan. It was terrible story based on "American girls power" lead into family relationship with independent. I suggested not to watch this film there is nothing special stories in there. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/17/23 Full Review Chase H I watched it back in June 2021 when I saw it on Netflix which I didn't even know the movie existed but I recon I was too little of a kid as I was 5 years old in 2004. Truth be told I say the movie was well done by the twins before they quit the industry. Now surely there are a few mistakes and logics that I pointed out but either way it was still a great movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/19/23 Full Review Audience Member The movie was more enjoyable than I expected. The men love interests are one dimensional though. Just there to serve and help the Olsen’s as much as possible. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 05/05/23 Full Review StephenPaul C LOL, the funniest 01 hour: and 31 minutes ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
