Fred O This was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. When you watch it you just know the writer/director financed it him/her self. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/19/23 Full Review Steve D I didn't care about anyone involved. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review robert m Some of the American cities are great "story towns." Boston has been on the list for over 150 years. "Next Stop Wonderland" is a movie about modern Boston and it's a nice introduction to the city's middle-income and student cultures. If you're thinking about graduate studies, or, maybe, a career in the Boston area, take a look. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review indie a Mediocre film. One-track script that was predictable. Hope Davis was good, but the script made her unsympathetic, critical, mean spirited, self-centered, and unlovable. I was not surprised she had trouble attracting decent men. Allan was an interesting actor. What's happened to that actor since? He's disappeared. The film made a good point in showing how men behave toward women when on a date, which can be offensive, egotistical, self-grandiose, or even deceitful. Still, I can't recommend this movie except to pass time. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Jared D In the world of romantic comedies, I see this as right up there with When Harry Met Sally. The story is witty, charming and modern, and the acting is first rate, I am amazed that this film didn't launch Hope Davis into another strata of stardom! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/03/19 Full Review Audience Member As joyless and uninteresting as the central character. A romantic comedy without the comedy.
