Philip D The acting was excellent, all three of them. The film did not need to have a huge budget to keep your attention. The two main characters were a bit slow to rally for each other and put the past behind them, but the portrayals were realistic. This is not supposed to be an action movie, it is a drama. These are real people with no plan, as most people would find themselves in such a situation. Rated 0.5/5 Stars •  Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/20/23 Full Review Audience Member a grim film about a newly diivorced couple caught in a small apartment subbcoming to radiation poisoning, to add one moment of action a stereotypical "black escaped prison inmate breaks in" and holds them at gun point to steal jewelry and money(which would be pointless in a world wracked by nuclear war, I try to give independent films a chance, but this was grim with no moments of horror, love, action, or even plot movement. i wasted a couple hours of my life. If you contrast this with the British film "Zoo" an amazing post apocalyptic film(which i had just watched prior) about a failed marriage that rekindles in the isolation of a zombie pandemic(the zombie part being just a setting an not the main point of the movie) which has dark humor, action, a love story, and sadness. it highlights even more what a terrible film night into dark was.
