Mike Barnard Future Movies UK This is a remake which isn't trying to make any bold statement or add gloss to an old movie, it's a tongue-in-cheek offering that's fun as you can tell all involved had wry smiles on the face when they made it. Rated: 6/10 Oct 18, 2011 Full Review Mark Palermo The Coast (Halifax, Nova Scotia) The look of Night of the Living Dead 3D can be replicated by holding translucent red and blue Jolly Ranchers in front of your eyes while running in a park at night. Nov 13, 2006 Full Review Brian Orndorf FilmJerk.com Broadstreet can barely keep up with his own filmmaking incompetence, directing a cast that resembles small town community theater understudies, and following a script that prompts every character to talk, and talk, and talk. Rated: D Nov 13, 2006 Full Review Andrew Kasch Dread Central Failing as both a homage and a gimmick, Night of the Living Dead 3D only succeeds in taking us to new dimensions of boredom. Rated: 1.5/5 Nov 12, 2006 Full Review Luke Y. Thompson L.A. Weekly As a 3-D zombie flick on the big screen, it offers something new and fun: Zombies, breasts and copious joint-passing coming right out of the screen. Nov 9, 2006 Full Review Read all reviews

David W I love a zombie movie but 3D or not this 'reimaginging' was terrible in almost every conceivable way. Literally the only decent thing about this travesty was the zombie makeup but as the direction and acting were so terrible it was utterly wasted. It's meant to be a horror comedy but as it's not in the slightest bit funny or scary the only word that applies here is horrific and sadly not in the context the movie makers wanted. What a totally missed opportunity. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/24 Full Review Audience Member First off I love this movie it stars my man Did Haig and he does an excellent job. I'm not a big fan of zombie movies but this one had me going. I thought it was a well made Zombie movie and it gave me some laughs. I'm really glad I bought it Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member "Watch out there son. You don't wanna get bit!" A sort-of re-make which has a graveyard at the beginning and zombies throughout, but this time the group fighting for their lives are holed up at a marijuana farm and do a lot of boring talking. The former-junkie wife character was the best of the bunch but it's Sid Haig's mortician character, who plays a major role in moving the plot along in the second half (with a twist!), which saves this from being a total stinker. No real tension-building, poor line-delivery on several actors' part, a too-loud score, and CGI blood make for a less-than-memorable film, yet the latter portion, with its similarities to "Re-Animator" and "Return of the Living Dead" helped to save it from total obscurity. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member The movie was awful from the point that almost nothing is faithful to the original movie. It didn't feel like a true Night of the Living Dead movie. And the editing is so bad that it feels so unnecessary to make this film in 3D. The worst part of this film yet was how Barb died so slowly she could've ran to somewhere where there are no zombies. This is one of the worst remakes of Night of the Living Dead ever. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member i couldn't even finish this crap Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review steve d Ridiculous and poorly made remake. Feels more like a fan film than real movie. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
