Paul J Don't listen to Paul Chambers the film critic who claims this is the unfunniest horror comedy ever. This isn't American Werewolf in London, no… BUT sometimes you want a horror just to entertain you and be different. This certainly fulfils these criteria. It is quite shocking in parts and most viewers will grimace. The dialogue and acting is quite B-movie and the mother in it will not resemble any mother you've ever met, especially given her kitchen activities, but the overall feel of this film deserves the genre "horror" and I think most audience members will enjoy this. Eric Roberts plays the surgeon very well with a huge tongue-in-cheek and his son and daughter are just priceless. The secret with this film is to not be a horror snob. Enjoy this for what it's worth 7/10 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 12/11/22 Full Review Audience Member The description and genre for this movie is in desperate need of an edit on all streaming platforms. It's listed on Amazon Prime as a Horror film. The concept sounded intriguing because the description said it was about a successful surgeon, who murders solicitors for their organs. Upon viewing it, however, it was definitely not what I would call a Horror movie. It was more of a: Dramatic, Soap-Opera-style, Campy, Horror-Comedy. I actually do enjoy Horror-Comedy at times; but the misleading description made the film out to be something it was not. It was like getting setup to watch Hostel; but instead ending up with a poorly-acted, Drama version of an 80's slasher film. If this is a Horror movie, it ranks among the worst of the worst. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Incredibly entertaining and fun to watch. I especially loved the ending. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review cedric g I must've been flipping thru streamers on a boring night and ran across this little goofy movie.I saw Eric Roberts in the trailer & decided hell I've give it a shot, anything with him in it is always interesting.Must say the acting was intently goofy with the characters overly laughing at times for no apparent reason but overall the plot was good and it'll keep you glued in if you're a fan of torture horror films. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Humor was terrific. Best I've seen in years. Story is unique and fun Dont miss this cult classic film.
