Love works in mysterious ways. For college student Stephen (Chad Lowe), it means dressing up like a girl and joining the women's tennis team, which he does to get close to the object of his infatuation, Shelly (Gail O'Grady), the buxom blonde who has been haunting his dreams and ruining his serve. But Stephen's ruse gets considerably more difficult to keep up when his female alter-ego, "Stephanie," becomes roommates with Shelley, who confides in him a horrible secret.

It's pretty funny! See more 12/11/2011 Decent movie with a decent premise. I think that the whole guy playing on the girls' tennis team was a little far-fetched as someone would notice or suspect something if the team does that good. Steven runs into the usual problems of a character pretending to be the other gender. See more 01/15/2011 This was alright. Funny at times. "Stephanie Brown" is a character that will stay with the viewer for a while. Chad Lowe made her pretty endearing. See more 05/22/2010 Unconvincing comedy, it has a few good gags but most just don?t work and it doesn?t make the best use of the story line. The acting is below average. The direction is sloppy and unfocused. It?s a cute idea but poorly executed. See more Read all reviews
