      Audience Member Oh my god, this movie so awful. Words can't not describe how atrocious it is. Billy Zane is laughable in this cheap, horrible, not even FUNNY movie about a tax agent who comes to a town that hasn't paid taxes in fifty years. Please avoid at all cost. Please.
