Candice Frederick Reel Talk Online It's a shame that its poor editing inhibits what could have been a memorable movie. Rated: C+ Sep 7, 2017 Full Review Jason Bailey Flavorwire Here's the trouble with mainstream science fiction filmmaking these days: there's no expectation that an audience is capable of putting things together or waiting for a payoff. But director Joseph Kosinski, adapting his own graphic novel, sure knows how to make it look beautiful and evocative. Shaun M. Goes a little long and not without its faults, but Tom Cruise does a good job and you can do a lot worse than this sci fi action flick. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/04/25 Full Review Coleman M. I think it’s an excellent and underrated film, though I am biased towards post-apocalyptic and/or dystopian movies. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/03/25 Full Review Alexander S Although it may not be everyone's cup of tea, Oblivion is an underrated film that offers a unique blend of action, suspense, and drama. With its breathtaking visuals and a captivating narrative, this movie is sure to appeal to fans of science fiction. The soundtrack, composed by M83, is equally impressive and adds depth to the overall experience. Grading: B- Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/20/25 Full Review S W The visuals were excellent. I enjoyed the action from beginning to end. The actors were believable. Great ending. I wish I had seen it in the theater. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/12/25 Full Review Brian D.
