Poison R Nothing in this movie makes sense... Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/12/24 Full Review Anne P I'm not sure which movie those who have rated this more than 3 stars, but it wasn't this load of steaming poo. What a laughable yet boring movie. It was slow, the main characters were annoying as anything, and the antagonist-turned-victim was the worst kind of bad I don't think I've ever seen before in a movie that takes itself seriously. Save yourself time, don't watch this unless you want a laugh and are good with fast forwarding most of it. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/30/24 Full Review dan b it was slow moving and not even realistic, no way this happened in real life, very dumb Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member The decision-making was unrealistic, the villain was not particularly intimidating, the good guys were not particularly likable, the acting was horrible, and the ending twist did not fully make sense. Since this was a true story, I would suggest they did a poor job of putting movie together Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Acting was pretty good. Story line was OK. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Both an entertaining thriller and a mediation on the role that fate plays in all our lives, ODDS ARE... is one of those unforgettable movies that will stay with you far after the credits role. Ron Eldard is, as usual, spectacular and the cat-and-mouse dynamic that he engages in with his younger cast mates is alternately gripping and tender. A must-see!
