Leslie Felperin Guardian While this sometimes feels less like cinema and more like a stage piece or even a radio play, the end result is reasonably engaging and propulsive. Rated: 3/5 Jan 16, 2024 Full Review Kenneth R. Morefield 1More Film Blog It's constructed as a radio drama and film is a visual medium. Rated: 2/4 Oct 9, 2023 Full Review Alejandro Turdó Hoy Sale Cine On the Line manages to keep you at the edge of the seat with a minimal set up filled with tension. And a couple of surprisingly shocking last minute twists raise the stakes, conceding the entire story a totally different meaning. Rated: 8/10 Sep 23, 2023 Full Review Rudie Obias Battle Royale With Cheese Although On The Line is scrappy and resourceful, the filmmaker’s ambitions outweigh his execution in crafting a single location and single character movie. There’s just not enough there to keep an audience engaged, even with a short 73-minute running time Sep 17, 2023 Full Review Sabina Dana Plasse Film Threat Victoria Lucie carries this one-woman film exceptionally well, and the radio show-type voice set-up is well executed. Rated: 8/10 Aug 18, 2023 Full Review Morgan Rojas Cinemacy An emergency dispatch thriller that utilizes the "one location, one actor" approach to create authentic tension. R W Actually, I haven't seen the film, but wanted to comment: the synopsis seems to be giving away the plot of the whole movie? While I look for that sometimes at Wikipedia, in the case of synopsis for Rotten Tomatoes, that's not what I expected. At the very least, the synopsis should begin with "spoilers" tag if it's going to give the whole movie away... Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/18/24 Full Review Zach C Ignore the review bombing from Mel Gibson haters and enjoy a truly original film in a world where people want to remake the same movies 10 times. It’s a great concept and worth your time. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/12/24 Full Review Erica F A bad copy of The Game with Michael Douglas and Sean Penn Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/01/24 Full Review Emma S A movie that pokes fun at absolute tragedy, keeps you stressed the fuck out, and is A TERRIBLE REMAKE of the movie the game. Literally delete this movie. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/09/24 Full Review Read all reviews
