I watch very few selected Tamil movie, I thought this movie is going to be worth a watch but it was a total waste of time. I think you guys have no idea what a good movie is all about. BGM was good, but it was not blending with the movie. Casting was so horrible; director was busy making his character look good and forgot about the others. He could have spent some effort to make them act. It was like a serial. The movie lacked logic. I still don't understand why the wolf has to carry the whole family and run when they would have been much safer and alive left alone without him. The director made police department look like fools running around. Tamil Nadu police is the second best in the world when it comes to investigation and you guys still show them as idiots. Already people are afraid to help injured person who they come across on the road, this movie shows that people will get into deeper shit if they help injured strangers on the road. It's good that the movie is taken without the usual masala but there was no story either. There was no depth given to the characters. Director was holding the suspense till the end, but when the director narrated the story and broke the suspense, I burst into laugh. It was the funnies part of the movie. I still wonder if OA is a thriller or a comedy movie. Guys, this is nothing personal. Please don't get offended, I'm just frustrated with the movie. Please stop praising directors, if they are not good, tell it to them on their face so that they will improvise. Try to watch some good English movies, like Prisoners. It's just a simple movie which has logical suspense, character depth and good thriller. I don't expect Tamil movies to match the Hollywood, but it's pathetic to know that we are not even close to them. Early years, we too had block buster thriller Tamil movies like Sigappu Rajakkal (1978) Directed by P. Bharathiraja, music by Ilaiyaraaja. We should try to improve from there. But what we see is no match to even the old Tamil thriller. The technology has grown far better than it was in 1978 but we still unable to produce a GOOD MOVIE. I just wish Tamil directors to give some good movies to watch.
