A centuries-old vampire, the countess (Lauren Hutton) has kept her youthful look by drinking the blood of male virgins. Since she finds this prey challenging to come by, she is thrilled when she meets young Mark Kendall (Jim Carrey), who wants to lose his virginity, yet has a reluctant girlfriend, Robin (Karen Kopins). After luring Mark away from a club, the countess drinks his blood, but the hapless guy isn't sure what has happened until he starts exhibiting unusual symptoms.

Cool to see Jim Carrey in his first role, you can see that maybe sometimes the director didnt know how to use his physical comedy, but a couple scenes made me laugh and Carrey does a good job when he gets to be Jim Carrey, but yes I can see why this Bombed in the 80s

OK so..... I dont understand all the green tomatoes. I grew up watching this film when I think of my childhood n the 80s n 90s this is one of the things I think of! A good 80s comedy. And with Jim Carrey n Lauren Hutton I mean come on!! Yea its alil cheesy but thats what was great about movies made back then. I mean come on a hundred yr old vampire that needs a virgin to stay young..the halloween dance was always my favorite part!! Really tho give it a watch!!

Synopsis
