I'd be tempted to say this was a better short film than the feature it preceded were it not for the fact that that saying would be applicable to all three short films preceding each instalment in the Cars trilogy. One Man Band has great animation, a funny story and absolutely insane music that really sticks with you (the fact that the credits theme is the theme that plays on the DVD Menu for Pixar Short Films Collection Vol. 1 certainly made damn sure of that). Goes to show why Michael Giacchino is one hell of a composer.

It was a very cute, very creative and very entertaining Pixar animated short. It had really great animation, great characters, very great music, great humor, really great visuals and a great story. It's one of the best Pixar animated shorts of 2006. I've seen this short movie before "Cars." I will recommend this short movie to Pixar fans of all ages.
