Audience Member Police lieutenant saves costly court proceedings by holding his own court of justice (minus legal representation) after one too many criminal is freed by loopholes and technicalities. Probably not the best choice to teach a course to aspiring policemen. One of Palance's finer performances in the 70s. Ever devoted to his job, Palance at one point tells his liberal girlfriend if she wants to see more of him, she should 'commit a crime'. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Gritty 70s action with Palance as a cop who delivers his own death sentences to murderers who beat the system. The prostitute in this seemed quite old for her profession. Thankfully, Christopher Mitchum's bad acting is contained in a small role.
