Jonathan K If you watch Martial Arts films purely for the Martial Arts fighting, then this movie is certainly worth your time. There are numerous fights in this movie, and they are all done well - the cinematography and editing during the fights is good for such a low-budget film, and Mike Moller deserves to be put alongside individuals like Tony Jaa and Iko Uwais, or at least alongside talent like Scott Adkins, Marko Zaror and Michael Jai White (like the A- talent rather than the A+ talent - woefully good but not literal "best-of"), and it's really sad how little Michael Moller's talents have been used. As a movie, it's barely adequate, with its own take on the Man Of Tai Chi premise, but it's certainly functional. The pacing isn't great but it doesn't lag too much, and while the characters are very simplistic, they aren't among the most one-note characters I've seen (including the horrific Meet The Parents trilogy), and you end up liking those you're supposed to, and hating those you're supposed to, by the end. For Fight-Movie fans, this is the ultimate in 'Good way to waste an afternoon' offerings; if you aren't into movies with intricate fighting, then there's nothing here for you really, and you'll most certainly be bored.
