Kate Erbland indieWire One More Time is a low-key pleasure with big rewards, the kind worth crooning about. Rated: B+ Jan 2, 2017 Full Review Lou Lumenick New York Post One More Time coasts by on Walken's idiosyncratic charm. He has a warm rapport with Heard, and there's solid support from Ann Magnuson as Paul's prickly sixth wife and Oliver Platt as Paul's long-suffering manager. Rated: 2.5/4 Apr 8, 2016 Full Review Glenn Kenny RogerEbert.com The whole cast ... sinks its teeth into the material, which is reasonably meaty. Rated: 2.5/4 Apr 8, 2016 Full Review Debbie Lynn Elias Behind The Lens In a perfect role that blends Walken-ese eccentricities with the heart of family, [Christopher] Walken shines as Paul Lombard. This is deadpan comedic Walken-ese at its best. Nov 5, 2019 Full Review Adam Mock Film Inquiry A family drama with a clever setup, One More Time, although not a ground-breaking film, is charming throughout. A top-notch cast, strong writing and competent filmmaking make for a pleasurable 98 minutes of indie storytelling. Mar 20, 2019 Full Review Louisa Moore Screen Zealots Just another pointless movie about a rich, dysfunctional family with problems that seem far too superficial to the rest of us Rated: 2/5 Dec 20, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

mark g Walken and Heard are great. Not sure why people are so negative here. Thought it was funny. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/25/24 Full Review Juniper and I love Christopher Walken.... Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Bored me to tears… I absolutely love Christopher Walken but this flick is a clunker in every respect; weak story, weak script, weak character development. I find Amber Heard to be a stunning woman and her acting was solid in this piece, but I felt nothing toward her character, ambivalent. If anything, I was more absorbed by Kelli Garner's performance. Hamish Linklater, a tremendous actor, is reduced to a lampshade here, a wasted role for his talent. All in all, meh x 4. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a hard movie to watch. Never been a fan of Amber Heard, but I love Christopher Walken. He plays the sad, pathetic crooner deluding himself that he is still good enough to make a comeback in the music industry to the hilt. The movie is slow and plodding. The rest of the characters are not developed well at all. Waste of time. I turned it off at about 45 minutes into it.
