Glafira Regina O This film deserves to be watched if only because it's not a work of fiction. It’s a completely real story—one that could happen to anyone. Are you willing to throw someone under the bus for your own well-being? Are you prepared to lie for personal gain? That’s a question everyone must answer for themselves. There are no strictly good or bad characters in this film—just like in real life. Every character is human and acts according to their own mind and feelings. Throughout the story, they change their views depending on the circumstances. Eddie Schneider finds himself in a complicated situation. For the sake of a secure future, he chooses to lie—setting in motion a chain of misfortunes that come back to him like a boomerang. In the end, justice is served: each character gets what they deserve. The excellent acting speaks for itself. It’s a shame that films like this often fly under the radar, getting lost in the flood of blockbuster releases—and it’s only thanks to Til Schweiger that this one can still be discovered. “One Way” definitely deserves proper attention. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/26/25 Full Review Audience Member Not a bad movie. Can tell its a low- budget film, but taking that into account, actings all done quite well. The German (?), actor-director, Schweiger brings a European "flavour" to the mix, which I personally quite liked. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member One Way was an unexpected thriller and Crime ... It gives a definition on money and power on people that have it and people that don't have it ... Great theme on things ... Enjoyed the hole movie ...the first person that comment on here doesn't know his moves ... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member good thriller with good actors not a special movie but a descent good one :) Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Surprisingly solid little flick. I dunno, maybe I just think that because any film dealing with rape demands I take it seriously (at least any film in which the rape scenes aren't laughable - I Spit On Your Grave (original), I'm looking at you). I think I liked this because Til Schweiger's character has to make a choice - be a successful business man, or be a human being. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Generally corny & cheesy; the twist & turn is a bit far-fetched. Til Schweiger's acting was terribly vain-glorious in this one.
