Simon Abrams RogerEbert.com It’s never surprising nor smooth enough to warrant more than qualified praise, but “Osiris” will make you sit up and ask: 'Wait, who made this?' Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 25, 2025 Full Review Sankeerthna Vedamtam MovieJawn Every battle can be fought with either regular machine guns or alien machine guns, and it’s a good thing there’s so many of the latter lying around, for the endless shoot-out scenes on a ship whose floor plan has ceased to be memorable. Aug 19, 2025 Full Review Jennie Kermode Eye for Film This is a film made out of pieces of other films. Rated: 3/5 Aug 4, 2025 Full Review Sarah Vincent Sarah G Vincent Views After the hour mark, “Osiris” gets interesting because the story gives these men more of a mission than survival and introduces the only reason that you wanted to see this movie: Linda f**king Hamilton! Aug 1, 2025 Full Review Benjamin Franz Film Threat The practical effects team really excelled at developing the Alien physiology. Rated: 8.5/10 Jul 30, 2025 Full Review Diana Keng Geek Girl Authority While it’s not a movie that stands up to detailed scrutiny, Osiris is packed with solid action scenes, lots of alien conflict, and epitomizes the need to survive against all odds. Brent A I mean come on! I know you’re googling best sci fi movies of 2025 and this comes up. Watch it. It ain’t great, but it ain’t bad. Kinda fun, kinda silly, kinda dumb. Sarah Conner as a Russian? Yeah, we got you. This is pure weekend Sci fi fun with 4 IPAs and some dark chocolate. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/27/25 Full Review nati n Wow, it was nice and surprisingly interesting. good acting definitely better than big new films like jurassic world. 3.8 stars from me. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/14/25 Full Review Mpho P For a low budget film it came out really for me, I went in very blind without doing any research on the cast or anything and it was quite refreshing to see different people this time, there was definitely glimpses or rather callbacks from other previous films but they executed their own version really well, I'd watch it again, definitely recommend it! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/11/25 Full Review Solomon K Damn good sci-fi B movie. Low budget and the idea wasn’t new but it was done well for what it was. Way better than the majority of direct to video schlock and I was happy to see my old hero Linda Hamilton still kicking ass. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/03/25 Full Review Zahid T It’s shocking how good this low budget movie is. Excellent acting excellent direction. I just don’t have the words to explain how good cinematography direction and acting. The problem is it’s low budget but if this Director and these actors will put into a high budget. This is probably beat the alien franchise. extremely well casted and very, very well directed. A pleasure to watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/28/25 Full Review Jeepers C Man, I loved this movie. It is part Peditor mixed with Alien. There is a ton of action and shooting. The atmosphere it provides is good and the guns will give your subwoofer a workout. Linda Hamilton is in the movie, which also gives a Terminator vibe also. A very fun alien, action movie that came out of no where. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 08/24/25 Full Review Read all reviews
