Simon Abrams RogerEbert.com It’s never surprising nor smooth enough to warrant more than qualified praise, but “Osiris” will make you sit up and ask: 'Wait, who made this?' Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 25, 2025 Full Review Sankeerthna Vedamtam MovieJawn Every battle can be fought with either regular machine guns or alien machine guns, and it’s a good thing there’s so many of the latter lying around, for the endless shoot-out scenes on a ship whose floor plan has ceased to be memorable. Aug 19, 2025 Full Review Jennie Kermode Eye for Film This is a film made out of pieces of other films. Rated: 3/5 Aug 4, 2025 Full Review Sarah Vincent Sarah G Vincent Views After the hour mark, “Osiris” gets interesting because the story gives these men more of a mission than survival and introduces the only reason that you wanted to see this movie: Linda f**king Hamilton! Aug 1, 2025 Full Review Benjamin Franz Film Threat The practical effects team really excelled at developing the Alien physiology. Rated: 8.5/10 Jul 30, 2025 Full Review Diana Keng Geek Girl Authority While it’s not a movie that stands up to detailed scrutiny, Osiris is packed with solid action scenes, lots of alien conflict, and epitomizes the need to survive against all odds. Sparrow H Decent Sci-Fi movie, with Linda Hamilton in it I really was hoping for more, but she had a smaller role. Not bad, but nothing groundbreaking either. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/21/25 Full Review Claudio C Osiris (2025) Looks Like a Videogame, But It Is not So Bad as Indicated in Many Reviews (11,987 – 13 Oct 2025 – by Claudio Carvalho) During an operation in a deserted area, Special Forces under the command of the leader Kelly (Max Martini) are ambushed. During the gunfight, the six-men that survived hear a loud noise and wake-up inside pods. Confused, they find their weapons fully loaded and explore the place. Soon they rescue the Russian young woman Ravi (Brianna Hildebrand) and learn that they have been abducted as trophies by aliens and Earth has been invaded and destroyed. Soon they meet Ravi’s mother Anya (Linda Hamilton), who tells them that time passes in a different way inside the spacecraft. Further, they need to destroy the communication system to avoid their contact with their planet. “Osiris” (2025) is an underrated sci-fi movie that looks like a videogame, but it is not so bad as indicated in many reviews. The aliens recall “The Predator”, and there are too many gunfights along the story very well-choreographed. But the screenplay explains the situation and has minor flaws. Another good point is the opportunity to see Linda Hamilton in action. The conclusion is very pessimist but coherent with the plot. My vote is six.
