It's an OK movie as a casual watch and Olga Kurylenko's performance is superb. The problem I have is there are aspects of the film that are nonsense/ridiculous and often illogical. Otherwise it could have been a much better film

After watching MadS I was very excited to see this film and the trailer left me wanting more. Despite negative reviews, I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Maybe it’s my background in mental health that drew me into Alice’s world of trauma, but give it a watch and see for yourself!

The good thing is, it stars Olga Kurylenko who hasn't aged a single bit and still looks just as gorgeous as ever. Other than that, there's definitely a suspenseful thriller aspect throughout the movie, but the movie as a whole is absolutely terrible and really bad writing. No explanation or back story on anything at all. There might be a pre-quel planned or something? And maybe that's why? But it really is completely terrible story writing.

the story leaves you guessing until the very end. i love the kurylenko girl who's still fit as a fiddle even though she's nearly a babushka now. you can watch this and try to figure it out all by yourself.

Such an interestingly strange and yet beautifully gruesome intro, followed by moments of silliness and then followed by gruesomeness. Something is off about this situation, and the atmosphere is totally creepy in a rather odd way. We now have an inexplicable story starting to develop, and it feels truly sinister. What a twisted tale of childhood trauma and the horrors our minds create to survive.
