Our Day Will Come escalates to a violent rampage as essentially unpleasant and nonsensical as its characters. Go to Full Review

An oddly memorable film, but not one you really want to recall. Go to Full Review

Cassel is arguably the poster boy for this kind of confrontational cinema, but it's a road movie that runs out of road - and out of ideas. Go to Full Review

Our Day Will Come is one of those descending-into-madness kinds of films. It is interesting to watch, troubling, and well made. I also didn't like it very much. Go to Full Review

Both Cassel and Barthelemy shift from stone-faced sociopaths to wounded and vulnerable lambs before that naked exposure increases the murderous fury. Go to Full Review

...regardless of whether or not you like it, it's hard not to consider the film to be a vital, bold work of an emerging artist that is truly unlike anything else we saw at the festival (or, for that matter, anywhere else). Go to Full Review

09/26/2020 Vulgar, a lot Of unnecessary sex See more 07/25/2017 Whether you find it disturbing or not, this movie is unlike any other you have seen. See more 04/22/2015 Odd, angry, insane, intense and oddly affective: This is a road movie that runs off the road and leaves a strong impression in it's path. See more 04/27/2014 Vincent a po francúzsky See more 03/28/2014 Dark and compelling debut from director Gavras who has come from a predominantly music video background. A superb performance from lead Vicente Cassel is perhaps marred by a lack lustre supporting cast, a story of struggle, rebellion and perversion is told in some style. I look forward to what the future holds for Romain Gavras, an up and coming director with confidence and raw talent. See more 02/01/2014 I understand us people dont dig this movie. its mostly about decay, false prophets and alien culture. in france it resonate with moral crisis and give it bitter taste not everybody can enjoy. Though it is served by great cast and director that fully address the point. It reminds of wilds things, anonymous characters away from the global way of the world, adressing everyone's need for a story in our life. Like it very ùuch recommend it, along with those underground french movies that tastes of danger and violence : Gasard Noe's Dobermann for example See more Read all reviews
