Just terrible B grade rubbish. Unlikeable characters. Dumb dialogue. Super scorpions punching above their weight. No actual real tension or drama, just stupidity. Apart from that amazing. P.S. whoever funded this please hit me up. I have a few movie ideas...

Yes kids, don't go to Australia especially if you are flying from across the Pacific! If the jellyfish or snakes dont kill you, the scorching outback heat will! Apparently the two lead characters in this film were the only Americans not to own handguns.

So it starts off as a road trip but there is a major falling out with the two characters in the first 10minutes. Then it transcends quickly into a series of decisions with a domino effect. However any slightly educated person who knows anything about travelling in the Outback realises how it will end about 5 decisions back. The male character Wade has so much ego he fails to consider logical and life affirming choices. This is the most interesting part because human failure is at the heart of so many misfortunes. But ultimately human stupidity becomes annoying and unsatisfying. The cinematography was brutal and beautiful and captured the unforgiving and stoic nature of the Australian outback.

What a stupid movie. This couple unnecessarily put themselves in trouble. Even a stupid person in real life would not do what they did. Horrible. Don't waste your time.
