Tim Cogshell FilmWeek (LAist) It becomes a very dark and dire movie... But I like the way this debuting director, Mike Green, creeps up on all that. Jun 6, 2020 Full Review Keith Garlington Keith & the Movies You would like to think that no real people would make the number of dumb decisions it took to land Wade and Lisa in such a predicament. Rated: 3/5 Aug 24, 2022 Full Review Keri O'Shea Warped Perspective A frustrating watch at times in terms of its key players, but still a tense, decently-made film. John W I really liked the beginning, like a short sightseeing video of Sydney. The cinematic style was also on spot and then... I can't think of a film where the characters act as stupidly as they do here. This really is the film with the dumbest people in it. How can you drive into the outback without preparing even a little bit? Just put enough water in the car, and on your phone, zoom out to see roughly where you are. He said he downloaded the map which means this works even without internet. Definitely better than going up some hill where you can’t see anything, because you are miles out in the middle of nowhere. If it had been a bit more realistic, the film really could have had potential. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 08/08/25 Full Review Jeffrey P A true story that is very uneventful, no shrimps on the barbie in this tale from down under, mate. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/19/25 Full Review Steven N The best scene in this film was the Little Caesar’s commercial when I watched this on Tubi. I gave it 2/5 because I like the director and the soundtrack. God, the characters, especially the guy, just insufferably stupid people. I gleefully watched this guy drink windshield wiper fluid to his death from the comfort of my couch. Drink up, Wade. Get all of that in ya, brother. Look, we all expect stupidity from the characters in horror movies, but in this one the characters just take you out of the film. I really hope this director keeps whoever did the music and they go make better films. Here’s to that. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/05/25 Full Review Barry T I’m sure there have been worse movies made, but can’t recall any off hand. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/27/25 Full Review Marissa S The majority of this movie was the two characters drinking piss. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/25 Full Review Emilliano Jr S Dumb story plot, poor acting and too good to be true. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/19/25 Full Review Read all reviews
