Sarah J @Sarahjordan 4d I started watching this because I’m a huge fan of zombie and disaster movies. At first the prosthetics felt very old fashioned and the story moved a bit slowly, and I was honestly close to turning it off. I’m really glad I didn’t. People who say it’s a bad zombie movie aren’t exactly wrong, but only because it isn’t really a zombie movie at all. It’s one of those films where you keep wondering what’s actually going on, but instead of leaving you confused like a lot of movies do, it pulls everything together with one of the most interesting plot twists I’ve seen in a long time. It’s a fairly short film that feels complete on its own and doesn’t rely on setting up a sequel. If you enjoy psychological thrillers with a bit of gore, this is definitely one to check out. But the ending was a twist I didn’t see coming but made the entire thing clear. It’s a movie about grief not a zombie apocalypse. It started with the dog at the beginning that bit one of the Rangers. Now, I was already excited to see Billy Burke, as he was Bella’s dad in Twilight, and he is STILL a heartthrob. 😍 But that plot twist at the end was not expected at all. I love zombie movies and this disappointed on all fronts. The storyline is poop cack and it is literally the slowest moving zombie movie I have ever seen. It’s giving 1980’s that’s how bad it is. I’m still watching it now and I was so annoyed I had to come online to leave this review OHHHHHHHHHHHH so there’s an interesting twist at the end but still don’t waste your time.
