Audience Member Inspirational film. Excellent examples of racial disparities and conflicts of the 1960s... my family and I actually were part the filming in the 1990s it was a wonderful experience. We had the honor to meet Ben Vereen, Clifton Davis, Stacey Dash, as well as Ms. Debbie Allen... I would love it if they made a sequel to this movie... The idea would be that's they would tie-in what's going on in our country today... it's almost like the more things change the more they stay the same. You have to be the change :-) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member This was a very moving and realistic portrayal of racism in the sixties, about a young inter-racial couple in the South. Great acting from relatives unknown actors and a compelling story made this one worth the while. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
