Paper Marriage is a decently made light drama, but with American cinema shifting so aggressively from mid-budget films to low and high extremes it is becoming easier and easier for these sorts of modest independents to get overlooked. Go to Full Review

D E @Californski 1d This is a carefully made, quiet, strong film, in which two people who show their feelings only reluctantly make their way toward an understanding. It bears close watching. Well-acted, well-directed, well-written, with not a wasted moment of action or dialogue. There are no chase scenes to cut to, just the nuts and bolts of a somewhat unique relationship. If you want explosions or nudity, look elsewhere. If you want an unblinking look at one version of marriage, this is a thought-provoking, interesting, charming film. See more Read all reviews
