D.A. P This s**t show of a film makes it absolute garbage. The only part of it I liked- was when members of the occult in this film were taken out with a shotgun/firearm by one of the main characters. How come-we see these movies and no one decides to pack any heat in taking out these witches- even though we saw a small portion of that here? Also- the time travel element back to the first house (aka first movie of this series)- where one of our main characters asked for help- gets assaulted- then killed by a demon. The original omitted ending which you can look up through Wikipedia- would have been far better to end this- then this movie which turned out to be a load of s**t from beginning to end. Also- the jump scares did not scare me- it made me think that the special effects department had too much time on their hands. I apologize for the cursing in my review- I censored myself to show just how angry I am that this movie was like all of the other Paranomal Activity movies in this series. Why doesn't anyone take this movie and write that these witches and occult members were killed by supernatural means- by firearms, a flamethrower or anything else that can take them or these demons out? This movie did not scare me- it angered me and also there were scenes with the dog that were not okay to see. If anyone was in their right mind seeing the scenes with the dog- the ASPCA and PETA would have been called to shut this film down. And maybe it should have been and someone should have called them. If it were up to me- but its not- BUT- if it were- this film would have never made it to production and would have been SCRAPPED. Another film I reviewed on this website- The Fly II shows what happened when a dog went through the telepods and to save you what happened- its so damning that I ejected the disc and returned it to my local Blockbuster at the time they were still around and I gave that movie a bad review as well- you can read all about it on this site. This movie is a disgrace to film making and Oren Peli and the others that did this series should be ashamed of themselves for letting this series turn out this bad. 0.5 out of 5 stars- if any of you have a copy of this- THROW IT IN THE TRASH! This movie is horrendous and you will not get the biggest bang for your buck. This movie is burning pile of s**t and deserves to be treated as such.
