Perfectionist Gil Buckman (Steve Martin) struggles with the deficiencies of his children, thinking they reflect poorly on his parenting -- and Gil's siblings only add to the stress of his life. Like every other movie he’s in, Steve Martin steals the show in this one. Parenthood is funny, touching, and gives you something to think about. This is one of my favorite movies I’ve watched this year
