Jason Statham is game as usual, but Parker is a thoroughly generic and convoluted heist movie.

They lure you with promises of luxury and lifetime riches without you doing anything besides investing in their investment schemes, and if you ever fall prey, they will siphon you of every penny dry. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/24 Full Review Diana M Parker is a professional thief who lives by his own code of honor. "I don't steal from anyone who can't afford it, and I don't hurt anyone who doesn't deserve it." - Parker Now Parker's friend and mentor, Hurley sends him on a job with a crew he does not know. The job is successful but the crew double-crosses Parker, shoots him and leaves him for dead on the side of the road. But Parker is still alive... and he is set on some major pay back. He learns that the crew is in Palm Beach, Florida planning a huge jewel heist. So Parker poses as a Texas millionaire and hires a local Real Estate agent, Leslie to help him track the crew down. Well Leslie unknowingly is helping Parker... and she does find the house they bought and are using as a base and hideout. But when the crew hires a hitman to kill Parker, he must turn to and trust Leslie for help. Together they form a very unlikely alliance to take down the double-crossing thugs. I like Parker. It is a really good fast paced, action/thriller revenge movie with Jason Statham doing what he does best, Kicking Butt! Jennifer Lopez is also really good as the clueless real estate agent. Fun and entertaining popcorn movie. Cast - Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez, Michael Chiklis, Bobby Cannavale, Nick Nolte Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/07/23 Full Review Emilliano Jr S Jlo can't be in any action films. She should need to focus on her singing career. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 08/22/23 Full Review Paul B Seriously bad movie. The plot is predictable, laughable and boring to be honest. I watched it all the way through, (regrettably), in the hope that there might be a twist. There isn't. One to avoid at all costs.
