Audience Member The gags with the bricks and the elevator are excellent and overall this is an amusing short, yet it's also rather uneven, a fact made all the more obvious due to the two-act structure. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review william d A few chuckles here and there, but lacks the manic intensity inherent in most of Chaplin's early work. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member One of Chaplin's funniest short movies ever. Amazing flick! Chaplin genius! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member It'll make your day a little better. Very enjoyable short by Chaplin. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member It'll make your day a little better. Very enjoyable short. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Not as funny as his other shorts which surprised me considering Chaplin built his name on his drunk act but the brick gag alone is worth enough to watch this (very) short Chaplin film.
