An actor's dead body is discovered after a theatrical performance, clearly the victim of foul play. Theater critic Tony Woolrich (Dave O'Brien) suddenly finds himself behaving like an amateur sleuth as he attempts to solve the vicious crime. Actress Claudia Moore (Kay Aldridge) is the prime suspect, but, when further deaths occur, it's clear that she too is in danger. Lost in a labyrinth of clues, Woolrich struggles to find the killer before he gets to Claudia -- the woman Woolrich loves.

nick s The dialogue was not the best. Often the conversations sounded contrived, which must have been hard on the actors Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/06/24 Full Review Martin B Been watching a bunch of these 40's era shorties lately. As they go this is a good one. Move's along, some deliteful acting by recognizable character actors with an interesting and unpredictable plot. An hour well invested if you're into these oldies.
