Audience Member Long. Uninteresting, shallow characters. Weak, contrived plot. Humorless humor. Every great actor makes a few stinkers, and this was a stinker for both Seymour-Hoffman and Branagh. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Pirate Radio USA is a well-made documentary about the pirate radio movement, and eventual protests of the early 2000's. The reason why I think it is so compelling is that the directors were radio people so they know how to narrate a story extremely well. The flipside of that is that it almost comes off like an episode of This American Life or some other radio program in that you really don't need visuals with this doc. You could put it on and just listen and have more or less the same experience. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Makes me want to grab a microphone and antenna - but I doubt anybody would listen. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Typical hilarious British humor, with an excellent cast of British and American actors. The costues hurt the eyes but that's the sixties for you :-). Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Read all reviews
