This is a great sci-fi-horror adventure, and it is full of action and terror that'll leave anyone hooked. I definitely recommend this for action, sci-fi, adventure, and thriller fans! See more Isaac Y @RT42375079 Jul 9 I would rather get suspended upside down and have my face connected to a pipe where 3 muscular men r fed beans and defecate in the pipe and I have to endure it for 3 straight months than watch this again. I will say, this is a great comedy movie. The cameraman has the skills of an unripened fetus and constantly stretched the actors faces into convertibles. Oh yeah the actors. Apparently they come from Arnold Schwarzeneggers school of emoting, we can tell. There’s also Vin Diesel, more like Buns Dihsel. The directors r gooners, 2 mins into the movie and the main character makes a questionable sound, they talk abt shoving a cork into a child, and Bun Dihsel grabs a girl into an extremely inappropriate position. What it is though, is an enjoyable watch with just enough of that something to keep you watching all the way through. Its not perfect by any stretch and has flaws that could easily have ruined another movie, but persevere and its rewards in spades. Go into it with an open mind, don't expect too much from it and you will have found a movie that you will come back to time and again. Very well written and directed. Good, solid story. Not at all derivative, imo. Great premise and very fast paced. This surely put Vin Diesel on the map, well the whole cast convinces in character. It will have you on the edge of your seat, then serve up some big surprise that keeps you wanting more. Seemingly chaotic, yet neatly packaged into a world written, designed, and filmed by a masterful team. As terrifying as the concepts are, you almost want to become the anti-hero and live through the experiences for the novelty. This movie explores the philosophical depths of what "survival" means, pitting people against each other and testing the limits of empathy and selfishness. No one is perfect, leading to all sorts of moral questions and dilemmas. The detail in set design and world building is astounding to me. This movie yields up something new every time I watch it.
