mizz h The best part of this movie was the poster. One of the worst movies I have ever seen. The plot was cheesy and was boring. Worst film out of the series. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/02/23 Full Review hayley b great acting, okay dialogue/direction, terrible and predictable plot Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Yeesh. What a trashy follow-up. It's got some decent themes, but nothing that's not been covered dozens of other times. It's at this point you can see the series is just sinking into softcore dreck... Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/18/19 Full Review Audience Member It's a good thing that this one went direct-to-video because I can't imagine a theater that would actually play it. Alyssa Milano follows in the footsteps of Drew Barrymore, well sort of, as a naive and sexually inexperienced college student who meets two men who pique her interest in the ways of carnal knowledge. One is her professor (Xander Berkeley) and the other is a fellow student (Jonathon Schaech). She also picks up a diary that she finds made by Ivy (Drew Barrymore from the first film). There is no real eroticism here and the thriller portion is about five minutes of the entire film. The rest is a boring and pointless character study of a character who is not worth the time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Alyssa Milano takes her turn as sexy temptress in the trashy thriller Poison Ivy II: Lily. Drawn in by the allure of an explicit secret diary that she found, freshmen art student Lily sheds her conservative sensibilities and gives into her sexual desires. Milano is absolutely awful and does a terrible job at selling this character; although to be fair, the script is garbage. The whole good girl gone bad thing is trite, and couldn't be done in a more cliched way. Lurid and tasteless, Poison Ivy II: Lily is an obvious and desperate attempt by Alyssa Milano to sex up her image. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Lily (Alyssa Milano) is just the average new girl at school until she discovers an old diary containing Ivy's deepest darkest secrets. The more she reads, the more she becomes lured into Ivy's world- a world of seductions and powe rplays-until she herself becomes the uninhibited risk-taker she has always dreamt of being. But when a dangerous affair with her married professor (Xander Berkeley) spirals out of control,Lily becomes involved in a chilling series of events. also stars Johnathon Schaech, Belinda Bauer, Victoria Haas, Camilla Belle, Howard Brown and Mychal Wilson. directed by Anne Goursaud, Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
