Audience Member This movie blew me away. Very powerful story, beautifully filmed, acted, and directed. The lead who played Pollyanna was incredible. Really worth watching! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Frances H Revised- the ending dragged too much, so took away a star. The Disney version was much better, with stronger characters. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/26/16 Full Review Audience Member A lovely version of the classic story. Very sweet and uplifting. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member I loved the period setting, the different characters, and the morals in the message. Could have been a little more fast paced, but all in all, a fine film for all ages. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a nice family movie. It's a good English version of an American book, which actually added to the story. Good acting. Good dialogue. Nice scenery. Heartwarming Masterpiece Theater film. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Think of Pollyanna as a less annoying Eloise. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
