Synopsis
In this documentary, filmmaker Richard Broadman sits down to speak with a number of American Jews from all walks of life, including young and old, recent immigrants and Hasidic Jews. Of those interviewed, there are some who feel completely assimilated and others who think that their heritage isolates them. They discuss the Holocaust and the differences between practicing Jews and those who have disavowed their faith. The interviews are augmented by World War II-era archival clips.
