Frances H VERY dated! Couldn't even finish it. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/27/16 Full Review Audience Member There are seeds of an interesting film in this story about a future earth on the brink of dying out due to disease, where a group of scientists hope to find the secret to the origin of the deadly disease from a time traveler of sorts from the past. However, this is a cheesy William Castle production, complete with dated psychedelic special effects. The film does have some nice photography and the cast does include character actor Henry Jones as one of the scientists trying to extract the information they need from the man from the past. Jones is one of the actors on my short list of "Greatest One Scene Performances" for his performance in "Vertigo" during the inquest scene, where he absolutely devastates Jimmy Stewart in the most banal and business-like of manner. But back to this film, it's watchable, but nothing all that interesting. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
