The American Ninja magic created by Dudikoff and director Firstenberg is unfortunately not recreated here. Of course, I did not go into this one with those kind of lofty expectations but it still disappointed. Basically an update of many film noir themes; recycled ideas done cheaply by New Horizons. Sadly, Dudikoff's second last film to date.
