Well made, taut and unpredictable drama about an illegal Latino immigrant in Spain whose inability to control his possessive/aggressive ways gets him and his new g.f. into hot water. Gripping tale feels a bit like a very well photographed play in one sense, with most of the story taking place in one house, albeit a very large house with many rooms and different angles to view them from. There's loads of suspense, with the plot literally pregnant with possibilities.

Un huis clos glauque dont le cÃ´te metaphorique un peu trop appuye sur la condition des travailleurs immigres ne convainc pas vraiment. La partie thriller est plus captivante mais repetitive. Reste un film Ã la croisee de plusieurs genres dont l'atmosphÃ¨re oppressante marque. Le couple d'acteurs principaux est excellent.
