In this animated feature, Charlie Brown (Duncan Watson), Linus (Liam Martin) and the gang head to Camp Remote, located in the Rocky Mountains, where the big event is the annual river rafting race. Competing against Charlie Brown and his friends is a gang of bullies who always win the race, owing to their penchant for dirty tactics and cheating. This time proves no different, and Charlie Brown has to overcome his lack of confidence if his team is to have any hope of winning.

I admit the pacing is a little off at times, but the rest of the film's aspects make up for it. See more 08/25/2023 Over 50 years old and it’s another worthy Peanuts feature film by Lee Mendelson and Bill Melendez I remember seeing parts of it on tv In this third entry of the beloved comics strip Charlie Brown and the gang are going to a summer camp called Camp Remote They also face bullies thinking they’re better than them and being constantly sabotaged But if the Peanuts gang wants to succeed they’ll have to work together They camp in the woods, have to navigate, hackney sack races etc. Of course they elect Charlie Brown to be the leader even though he has no top experience The big competition is a river rafting race but it won’t be easy for the kids as the bullies always rely on dirty tactics and cheating Snoopy and Woodstock have their own adventures of course It’s only an hour and 12 minutes long falling short of perfect but it’s very charming for kids and Peanuts fans as usual will eat it up Charlie Brown also faces insecurities that many can relate to learning to lead, getting others to cooperate, being brave when he needs to Simple and straightforward for everyone See more Meydiana R 11/28/2022 Best Animated!
