Critics Consensus

Racing Stripes might be good for a few laps with younger viewers, but it's too blandly predictable to truly recommend for an all-ages audience.

Ethan S It was not very entertaining. There are so many characters who are just there and don't progress the story in any way. Like why do the flies have to exist. Or the pelican. Or the dog. And the benefits. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/28/23 Full Review Audience Member It‘s not bad. Just nothing I would rewatch or could recommend. To watch everyone be so bigoted for 90 minutes straight is exhausting. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review andy h It's got some nasty jokes that don't age with adults, but it's still a fond memory for animal/horse lovers and Hayden P. fans. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review steve d lame film only accessible to the extremely young, parents should stay away. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member This is the best movie that has ever been made. A cinematic masterpiece. The perfect movie to watch with your zeBROS. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought it was a fun movie. Nothing new under the sun. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 12/16/18 Full Review Read all reviews
